Location – Dashboard>Appearance>Customize>Menus
From the Menus section in Customizer, you can customize your menus.
You can create new menus, name them, add items, and display your menus in four locations – Top Menu, Header Primary Menu, Header Secondary Menu, and Footer Menu.
